  • Where's my order? 
    • Please enter your details in the form on this order tracking page to get the status on your order.  If the order has been shipped, you should have a tracking number to help track the status of your shipment. 
  • How long will my order take to get to me? 
    • We generally process all orders within 1 - 3 business days.  And the shipping ranges from one business day (for example, if you're very close to New York City) or seven business days depending on the method of shipping chosen. 
  • Where are you based?
    • We're based in New York City but operate purely as an e-commerce store so don't actually have a physical location except for our warehouse where we ship from. 
  • What number can I contact you on? 
    • We know how frustrating it is to not have a direct number to call but we're an incredibly small team right now so the best way to reach us is through our contact form.  We'll get back to you within 24 hours.

  • Where do you ship to? 
    • We ship to anywhere in the United States.  
  • Do you ship outside the United States? 
    • No, unfortunately, we do not ship internationally at this point.  Sign up for our newsletter though and we'll let you know when we do. 
  • How much is shipping? 
    • Shipping is generally based on the the weight of the item and how far we're shipping it.  Heavier items or shipments to locations further away from New York City will thus cost a bit more than lighter items, for example.  We do, however, normally have several promotions that make reduce the cost of shipping, cap it or even offer free shipping.  Sign up for our newsletter to be notified when we have such promotions. 
  • Do you sell wholesale? 
    • Our focus is only retail for now but we offer bulk discount on most of our products.
  • So how does it really work? 
    • We actually keep very little inventory ourselves.  Instead, we quickly pool all orders together and source from very reputable stores and suppliers.  This enables us to have a broad array of products and negotatiate very good rates so that we can pass the savings on to you.
  • Are you affiliated to the Makola Market in Ghana or any of the Makola markets in the US?
